This Coconut Yogurt Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl is the ideal way to begin your mornings, made in the ease of your own kitchen in just 5 minutes!
By using coconut yogurt in this recipe, although We’ve made it dairy free, but still loaded with savor and creamy appearance. We’ve added chia seeds, one of my most favorite creepy superfoods, for more nutrients, as well. We’ve also used blueberries to add some color and a mound of antioxidants, but you can use your favorite berries. Let’s make this taste-worthy breakfast!
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 4 dates, pitted and halved
- 2 cups coconut milk yogurt
- ¼ cup coconut water
- 1 small container of blueberries
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- TOPPINGS: hemp seeds, sliced strawberries, blackberries, raspberries
Let’s begin by adding the first 6 ingredients to a blender or food processor and blending until nice and smooth mixture is formed. Those benefit-rich blueberries give this coconut yogurt smoothie bowl that amazing and lovely tone.
Now set the blended mix in an airtight container and put it to chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Then put this smoothie mix to a bowl and go wild with the toppings! as we love to add sliced berries, coconut chips, hemp seeds or even almonds for a quantity of healthy fats. Now it is ready, serve and enjoy!
