Major Ingredients

  • One and half butter on room temperature
  • one and 2/3 cup sugar
  • one orange zested

There are two types of ingredients one is dry and other one is wet ingredient.

Dry Ingredients

First of all, you need Four cups all-purpose flour, half cup additional for rolling. One and half teaspoons baking powder, half teaspoon baking soda, one table spoon dry ginger, half table spoon nutmeg, half teaspoon ground allspice, two tea spoon ground cinnamon, half teaspoon salt.

Wet Ingredients

Among wet ingredient you need two egg, one lemon juice, one cup powdered sugar, grated zest of one orange, half tablespoon orange liqueur.

Instructions

To make yummy gingerbread cookies you have to need a big size bowl and add butter, sugar, and orange zest and mix them so gently until it feels a smooth homogenous mixture. Then take another bowl and add baking powder, baking soda, dry ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon and salt mix it also. Now in third bowl mix egg, molasses and lemon juice. Let preheat your oven on 350 degrees.

Now cut it in different cookies with the many different and amazing style cutters. There should be variations in shapes of these cookies. Put them in baking dish after cutting and bake until the corner of cookies convert into brown. When you see their corners getting brown color put these cookies in another dish and start to garnish them.
