How to Make Fattoush Salad
Let’s begin this fattoush salad by making your dressing.
Mix quarter cup extra virgin olive oil, juice of half lemon, half teaspoon of garlic powder, quarter teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of ground sumac. After mixing set your dressing aside while you prepare your vegetables.
Now you need 4 cups of chopped romaine lettuce for the base of this salad. Then cut up quarter cup of white onions and put it to the bowl.
Now you have to slice one cucumber and half cup of cherry tomatoes. Then put them into your salad bowl. Then chop 4–5 mint leaves and 4–5 basil leaves and add them into the mix.
