Hakka Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Noodles               250 g
  • Cooking Oil          1 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil          2 tbsp
  • Salt         as per taste
  •  Garlic Paste       1 tsp
  • Yellow Capsicum (julienne cutting)           half
  • Green Capsicum (julienne cutting)            half
  • Red Capsicum (julienne cutting) half
  • Carrots (julienne cutting)              1 piece
  • Green Beans      10 g
  • Onion half
  • Green Chili Sauce             1 ½ tbsp
  • Green Chili (chopped)    2 pieces
  • Green Onion      5 g
  • Soy Sauce            1 tbsp
  • Vinegar     1 tbsp

 

Directions:

  1. In a cooking pot, add water, noodles, cooking oil, salt and boil it.
  2. In a cooking pan, add sesame oil, garlic paste and saute it.
  3. Now, add green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green beans, carrots, onion, green chili and cook for a while.
  4. After that, add boiled noodles, salt, green chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Your tasty Hakka Noodles now ready to serve.
