First of all you need to boil water in a stainless steel pan, but in this busy life you can also use electronic kettle in order to safe your time now put a teabag in your cup, you can use any teabag of your choice, but here I am using the common black tea bag in it and put it aside.

Now add one table teaspoon of mix spices in water. To make this spicy you need to take, dried ginger, cinnamon, green cardamom, nutmeg, and clove and grind all of them and then put them in a glass jar in cool place and an air-tight container, if you are going to make single cup then you just require to add half of teaspoon of this grinded whole mixture in water and let it frizzle for a short time and then and if you have any problem related to bones and muscles then you can add some pieces of fresh ginger at the bottom of your mug too and there is no need to cook it in the boiled water.

Now you need a strainer and put it on the cup, start filtering the boiling water in the cup and now cover it  and let it for five minutes and then detach the tea bag with two spoons and compress the bag to get all of that yummy tea direct water back in your mug, now my father is a particularly an  Asian man and he likes some sweetness and some milk in his tea so I add some hot boiling milk in his cup with one teaspoon of honey or sugar and I am assured that  you would love this final product, it is not only very healthy and de-stressing but it is very tasty too. Try and let me know about your experience in making and taking this special spicy tea.
